The Fort Worth Cats, a historic baseball team based in Fort Worth, Texas, originally known as the Panthers, with roots dating back to 1888 and major success in the Texas League during the 1920s. They played at LaGrave Field, which became a key part of their identity and was rebuilt for a revival of the team in 2001. The revived Cats played in independent leagues and won championships in 2005, 2006, and 2007, but ceased in 2014.
