We’ve created 30+ blends in order to arrive at the first version of the FW Locals Blend.
When we approached Sons, we wanted something seemingly impossible. A fruit forward coffee with light roast qualities but a medium roast. This was something that Sons never done before. For those who know Sons, they are known for delicious light roasts so this was a challenge that they were willing to take.
The results were in. A medium roast that is fun and could be enjoyable by everyone. Both fruity and chocolate notes.
